Harshit Singh

Harshit Singh earned his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 2022 and subsequently enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi the same year. Since then, he has been diligently practicing as an Advocate, building a reputation for his dedication and expertise in the legal field.

Harshit has successfully represented clients across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He is regularly appearing before the High Court of Delhi, all

District Courts in Delhi-NCR, and Tribunals, including National, State, and District, Consumer Disputes Forums/Commissions, as well as specialized forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

He is having experience in broad spectrum of cases, including Recovery Matters, Execution Petitions, Complaint Cases, Revision Petitions, Appeals, Matrimonial Disputes, and Family Matters. Additionally, Harshit has developed substantial expertise in Real Estate law, handling matters related to RERA Complaints and preparing Due Diligence Reports with precision and thoroughness.
